Summary0002270: Error on loading VCL packages while starting D7
DescriptionWhen the latest versions of jcl and vcl are installed an error occurs while loading the vcl packages. I have added a screenshot. This error occurs on each package. I don't have these problems with the older versions. (aprox. 1 month ago).

See also bug report 0002260 in JCL.
That is a problem from unit versioning.
If you switch off unit versioning in the JVCL installer everything works fine for me at D7.
