Summary0004265: pre-installation crash under "Delphi 5 Standard" environment
DescriptionAfter successfully installing JCL, the install.bat from the JVCL installation package crashes with the message shown on the attached screenshot. This crash does not appear with JVCL v3.30 (where installer starts with success).

This issue happens sometimes with Delphi 5 and comes from the JCL (not JVCL). To solve it, you have to use a daily snapshot from http://jcl.sf.net/daily/
