| Description | The OnAfterH/VScroll event is fired repeatedly if a user is dragging the scroll box. You can check if msg.ScrollCode equals SB_ENDSCROLL to see if the user has ended scrolling, so the OnAfter.. event will be fired only once per scrolling action. | ||||
