DescriptionThe JvTextScroll should have a Transparent property so we can place it over a gradient on a credit screen. Or add some properties to support a gradient.

The component doesn't inherit from TGraphicControl, so hard to make transparent
To create a scroller with other components on it, use TContentScroller
