Summary0003397: Better configuration of Shortcut's
DescriptionThe default plugins used today interfer with common tasks in the IDE like
Ctrl+Shift+I (indent block).

Since almost all Ctrl+Shift combination are used inside the IDE, it would be
very nice if we could choose what buttons to use, and not have it hardcoded
to Ctrl+Shift+... A default on Ctrl+Alt would be nice, as those do not
interfer with the common shortcuts.

Maybe a nice addition when publishing a new installer that works with D2006
(Since D2006 uses even more of the Ctrl+Shift shortcuts)?
