| Description | TjvgHoleShape didn’t work under operation system Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition. (Delphi 7) Instead of hole appear black pixel region. This region is part of form component owner. Same component work properly under Windows XP (Delphi 2006 ) | ||||

I don't have 2003 to test it against, and this is a Globus component that will most likely disappear in the near future. However, if you can come up with a solution, I'd gladly accept it. |

Well, I just tested it, compiled with BDS2006 on a Windows 2003 server and it works just fine. Please use the latest daily version. |

TJvgHoleShape component work properly only when placed directly on the form. Please see attached example. Component JvgHoleShape2 work properly, but component JvgHoleShape1 didn't. |

Well, I had a look, the "transparency" is created by a call to SetWindowRGN. Hence, it will create a hole in the Form and I have no idea what it does with the panel on top of it. I'm sorry, but to me this is not fixable, especially considering this is a Globus component. |
