Summary0006288: JVCL does not install with DevExpress
DescriptionTemplate aren't correctly generated when using any DevExpress control.
Compiler stops with error :

Fatal: JvDB.dpk(57): E2202 Package 'cxEditorsd20' required but not found

All my DevExpress packages looks like 'xxxxxxRS20' and not 'xxxxxxD20'.
