| Summary | 0006426: install says all ok but nothing added to XE8 | ||||
| Description | I followed the instructions here https://github.com/project-jedi/jvcl (I don't see anywhere how I can tell what product version.) When I ran jcl\install the installer appeared and I chose XE8 32bit. I clicked "install" - no errors and the installation log ends with "Registration ok", but the log shows nothing for jvcl and I don't find any JV components in XE8 (I already have them in XE2) How should I install the jvcl visual components? | ||||

OK, the instructions do not spell it out clearly enough for people who aren't so bright. If I run /jvcl\install it works, but I don't think jvcl\install was mentioned in the instructions. Apologies for time wasting |
