Summary	0002251: Assigning action to JvOutlookBar Button causes error
Description	I am trying to assign some actions to the buttons of a JvOutlookBar. When I set an action in the property editor, I get an 'invalid typecast' error. If I try to run the project, I get an EInvalidTypecast exception raised in TJvOutlookBarButton.SetAction on the following line: Value.FreeNotification(Collection.Owner as TJvCustomOutlookBar);
