Yes, on XP SP1 (spanish version) + Borland Delphi 7.1 + DXGETTEXT defined. Fatal '"C:\Borland\Delphi7\Projects\Bpl"\DJclVcl.dcp' does not exist - don't know how to make it |

You MUST install the JCL first or the installation will not work. The installer for the JVCL only tests for the JCL presence, but does not install it prior to starting. |
