Summary	0002839: Can't install!
Description	Problem with Delphi 7.0. Installation program requred a JCL version 1.95 installed. But this version is not valid, 'cause version number wrongly is setted to 1.94.

obones 2005-04-11 06:17 administrator ~0006892	The readme file in the JCL says 1.94 because it was not updated, but the rest of the files are of the correct version. If the JVCL installer complains about a missing JCL, then it's because you didn't run the JCL installer first...
