Summary0002856: fix matching algorithm in SEARCH_MODULES
DescriptionSEARCH_MODULES does currently use the same matching algorithm as the old version of the clients function MatchWithFilter in VCSProcBase.pas.
In the client MatchWithFilter was fixed in fact of 0002825.

SEARCH_MODULES should use JclStrings.StrMatches as well.
