Summary	0003479: JcCSVDataSet - HeaderRow not cleared when HasHeaderRow is false
Description	The component will only allow Active = True if HasHeader = True. If you don't set HasHeader to True, then you get "CSVFieldDef, FieldDefs, and file contents must match." When you do set the HasHeader to True, it populates the HeaderRow, however, doesn't clear it if you then set HasHeader = False. If you then try to set Active = True again, the HeaderRow is still populated, and you "CSVFieldDef, FieldDefs, and file contents must match."
Additional Information	Should the component automatically generate default fieldnames, eg. "Field1", "Field2", ..., when HasHeader = False?

obones 2006-04-05 05:17 administrator ~0008955	HeaderRow is now cleared and Active set to False when changing the value of HasHeaderRow. It's the best I could come up with right now.
