| Description | (Same problem with JVCL 3.20) Installed latest JCL without problems. When trying to install JVCL it compiles up to the package "JvAppFrmD10R.dpk" and then gives me that error message. It looks as if you have older dcp files lying somewhere on your hard drive. Please remove any Jv* dcp, lib, bpl files and restart the installation. Please let us know how that goes. |

Nope, there aren't any files by JVCL, neither in the install-dir of delphi nor anywhere in the $BDSPROJECTSDIR. Only the newly downloaded jcl/jvcl source-directorys ... |

Have you deleted the previous source folders, or did you unzip of top of the existing ones? It looks as if you have mixed up xml files for the package. |

Didn't have any previous installations ... Just formatted my disk today, set up a fresh installation of WinXP SP1, BDS2006 SP2. Installing JCL: No problems. Installing JVCL: Exactly the same problem. JVCL3.20 with JCL1.97. Build 2172. |
