Description1. Wrong rendering a font of fixed columns i.e. for a fixed columg using a font of the next column.

2. Rendering fixed columns with artefacts in D2010, if a property DrawingStyle <> gdsClassic (pic. err_D2010_grid.JPG).

3. If FixedCols >0 and a selected column is outside a visible grid, during changing width of any column there is a scrolling to the selected column. It's not conveneint when I need to set several columns. When FixedCols = 0 there is not the problem.

After I upgrade my projects from D7 to D2010, all JvDBGrids with fixed columns become like the picture shown by svk12345. That is a frame outside each fixed cell which copy the back(of the form) color (look like transparent) when drawn.

Are there any quick fix on this issue? I know how to apply changes in the component sources code but I dont know how to fix this issue myself.

 Themed Grid rendering in Delphi 2010 and XE are now done by the original DBGrid. Maybe this fixes all the problems.

Unfortunately I can not check. SVN i is not available, and version 3.40 of these bugs are present. Test case in the attached file should all be clarified. Who can let check for the latest version of SVN.

I used TjvDBGrid and property FixedCols > 0 with Delphi 2010 on Windows 7.
Bug:
With DrawingStyle = (gdsThemed, gdsGradient).
When the mouse rolls over the fixed cols, the black border lines of each cell change to white. When I click on the grid, border lines change to black again.
My opinion is better stay on white color.

With DrawingStyle = gdsClassic, NO PROBLEM.
