Summary0005372: TJvPanel Transparency Does not Honor Parent Control's Background when background has been filled with Direct3D
DescriptionI was using TJvPanel for the transparency feature.

I am drawing a background inside the parent of the control using DirectX 9; however, after drawing the background and then calling update on the Panel, it is still assuming the original background color of the parent control, not the updated background.
