Summary | 0006719: Trying to install in 10.4.2 leads to "This installation of Rad Studio 10.4 doesn't support dual packages" error
Description | When trying to instal current JCL version (downloaded ZIP from Github and added the include files) in 10.4.2 with all 3 updates for 10.4.2 installed I get the above error message: "This installation of Rad Studio 10.4 doesn't support dual packages" during compilation.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Download ZIP, unzip it to empty folder and add the include files to the right subfolder 2. run install.bat 3. do not change any settings in the installer 4. install Exp.: JCL installs without a problem Act.: failure message is shown during compilation
Additional Information | Somebody reported here that unticking some checkbox in the installer cahn work around this: https://en.delphipraxis.net/topic/5069-jcl-installation-problems-in-d1042/ I haven't had the time yet to check if that really fixes it and I don't know which consequences this settings change has.
