Summary	0006777: TJvinspector is not scaled properly with High-Dpi
Description	In a dpi-aware application (Per-Monitor v2), TJvinspector is not scaled when main screen is not set as 100% in Windows display properties
Steps To Reproduce	1) Open "InspectorSimpleExample" example project (provided with jvcl) 2) Set form "scaled" property to true. 3) Set your main screen display to 150% in windows properties 4) Run the project -> jvinspector is not scaled - font size is not increased - Item height is not increased Furthermore: If you remove the link to the "JvInspectorBorlandPainter", the font size is now too big and the item height doesn't change.
