DescriptionHi,

i input as Kind dtkTime 00:00:00 then become the exception message @SNeedAllowNone from TDateTimePicker.CheckEmptyDate.

Please help me i must input 00:00:00 times.

Well, the message says it all: You must be in ShowCheckBow mode to input empty time.
So set the ShowCheckBox to True and you'll be sorted.
