Summary0001704: IDE version sees deleted projects
DescriptionIf you delete a project it disapears from the treeview in standalone.
But the IDE version is still able to open such a deleted project (if you open the corresponding DPR). Imo it should raise an error like "Project has been deleted on VCS"

 We have to look how a deleted project is handled inside ProjAdmin window and for several menuitems inside JEDI VCS menu.
I would like only to change for actions which can lead to a change in deleted projects and disallow checkin/checkout/merge/branch at first.
It should still be possible to have look at the module history or print a report also for deleted projects (which is actually impossible in the standalone client).
As the server actually removes all links between projects and pjmodule tables when a project is deleted this is not possible. So all module actions has to be disabled.
