First of all the language of a programmer should be English. Second the JVCL Installer is multilingual. It uses dxgettext. As long as the JVCL 3 is not released and the development of the installer is not finished the translations meight be outdated but they exist. You can change the installer's default used language by calling it by "install --lang=fr". But a locales\fr\JVCLInstall.mo file must exist. |

he exist too a system autodetecting of language for install program ? (the language for install program change automatically in french if the system operating is french for example?). |

The autodetection in dxgettext is automatic and based on the users OS language, i.e if you are running on a french Windows, the installer will be in french as well (as long as a french language file is available) but you can override it by using the "--lang=" command parameter to display it in another language |
