|Summary||0001820: Make failure|
|Description||I have Builder and Delphi installed. The installer tried to find make in the Builder directory and ignored the Delphi directory, even though make is/was only available in the Delphi directory. I resolved the issue by simply copying make into builders directory.|
I think this is a bug. The installer is not checking that it can find make (it was
in the path). If make fails in the one, the other should be tried, if that fails try the path env. and see if the compiler version is reasonable.

No. Because there are several make.exe files out there and if the Installer chooses the wrong, we have to find that out in order to close the then related bug reports.
Fixed in CVS. build.exe now preferes Delphi versions on "newest"
