I'm sorry, but we can't accept a donation if there is no description with it. Further, as AHUser mentionned it, you used a lot of Borland's VCL code in it which is not acceptable. Finally, we already have some splitters in the JVCL and without any description of what your component does more than others, we cannot accept it.
