| Additional Information | I've downloaded the JVCL300BETA1Complete.zip. After running the JCL installer, I run the JVCL installer. In there, I select all components, select Delphi 7 and press install. After a little while it gives an error while "Compiling JvCoreD7R". Only the following options were selected: - Clean JVCL component palettes - Use JvGIF | ||||

I have just installed it on another computer and that one works just fine. I downloaded the JVCL300BETA1JCL190Complete.zip file on that other computer and extracted that. Then just ran the install.bat in the JVCL directory, selected all components and it installed just fine. On the computer on which I had the error, I had to seperately download the JVCL and JCL zip files. I installed the JCL first, which worked just fine. While installing the JVCL, it gave me the above mentioned error. |

The JCL and JVCL releases are out of sync. It is better to use the daily snapshots from http://jcl.sf.net/daily http://jvcl.sf.net/daily In some days the JVCL will release a new beta version. |
