Then it doesn't work with D5 as TLabeledEdit uses SubComponent properties, which have been introduced in version 6 and later. If you can managed to make your component work without basing it on TLabeledEdit, then we will consider it. Cheers Olivier Sannier JVCL coordinator |

I would say that the behaviour is like TLabeledEdit, but i don't see where is the problem because my TDBLabeledEdit inherit directly from TDBEDit ... Best is to try it on D5 ! Cheers, Lionel |

The control uses TBoundLabel and TLabelPosition, none of which are available in D5 |

This has to be closed, the component will not work under v5 VCL. |
