I can reproduce this with D7 Personal Promotion(7.0). Obviously D7 doesn't care about vsEnabled in TIVCSClient.GetVerbState. I have no idea if this is fixed 7.1 but I think you use 7.1 and according to this article http://216.101.185.148/scripts/isapi.dll/article?id=0D643F78&article=4029883 the old OTA including the VCSManager interface is still deprecated in D7 and not longer maintained. It's completely dropped in D9. |

The link was from fulltextsearch.com and seams to use a time based session and thatswhy it doesn't work. It is a posting by Eric Berry in the opentoolsapi newsgroup which says that the old OTA is deprecated and not longer maintained. It should be at the end to the results if you search for "VCS ToolsAPI" in the Borland newsgroups with fulltextsearch.com. The title of this posting is "Re: VCS in Delphi 7 - Gone?". |

This is now solved in the expert version(JVCSIDE_D[n]Wizard.dll + Jedivcsexternall.dll). |
