| Summary | 0002796: WideLowerCase('I') = dotless i with HEB language OS setting | ||||
| Description | I understand this is normal for a turkish locale, but I did not expect this for having my computer set to Hebrew default language (but US locale). My understanding is this is wrong since it applies to Turkish only according to the Unicode docs i saw. It went away when I changed my Language Setting in Win2K to English (US). updating to VCL 1.94 did not help the problem. | ||||
