DescriptionIn dialogs CheckIn and CheckOut there is speed button for Get last comment. This button has assigned keystroke Ctrl-L, but this keystroke does not work.

Was removed due to fix ShortCut and possible localization problems. Again reactivated, hints with fixed texts Ctrl-L/Ctrl-T changed.
