Summary	0003096: Incorrect shortcut keys support
Description	In IDE Project Manager I can redefine shortcut keys. I decided to use this possibility becouse default shortcut keys are inconvenient. For example menu shortcut (JEDI &VCS) is in conflict with standard IDE's menu position &View. Also standard check-in shortcut [Shift+Ctrl+I] is in conflict with very handy editor's shortcut for block indent. So decided to redefine some shortcuts. In previous versions of VCS Client (up to RC1) redefined shortcut keys has worked correctly. With newest version of Client (RC2) shortcut behaviour is unstable. Usually my project menager shortcut (Shift+Ctrl+V) does not work at all, but sometimes it is working. Also I redefined check-in shortcut keys to [Shift+Ctrl+D]. With latest version of VCS Client when i first time press [Shift+Ctrl+I] then check-in dialog is displayed. :-( When I press the same keys second and next times then usually block of code is shifted. My redefined shortcut keys [Shift+Ctrl+D] usually does not work at all, buf from time to time check-in dialog is correctly activated.
