You have unchecked the .NET Personality during Delphi 2005 installation. The resource compiler's files are spread over the Win32 and the .NET personality installation packages. So your Delphi 2005 installation is corrupted. If you do not want the .NET stuff in the IDE, you could use JED's Delphi Configuration Manager (http://www.alphalink.com.au/~jed/dcm_download.htm) after installing the .NET Personality. |
