For BDS 2006, I recommend a daily snapshot. The JVCLInstaller has undergone a lot of changes after the release of JVCL 3.20. And the build.exe is not used anymore. http://jcl.sf.net/daily http://jvcl.sf.net/daily |

Well, I get the latest version of jcl but give me error. Fatal: unable to execute command:if. The jvcl run normal. |
|
It looks to me as if you replaced the command shell (command.com or cmd.exe) by a different one. It looks as if none of the regular commands are recognized: if, echo... |

Well, my cmd.exe is in path of windows as the command dcc32.exe and bin directory too. So I fought. I get the 3.1 version and I extracted only jediinstaller.exe and I put in directory bin. Worked. I saw some files jcl with .bpl extension, but the installer of jvcl no find the jcl that was compilled without errors. It's weird if I have put the path files in system. Almost I fortget. The installer of jvcl always asks by jcl 1.98, but the latest version is 1.97. Thank you for help. |

This is VERY strange and I'm afraid we can't do anything about it as if CMD.exe does not recognize echo and if anymore, it MUST be a problem on YOUR side. |
