| Description | I have installed 3.32 Getting message [Fatal Error] Unit1.pas(7): Unit JvCaptionButton was compiled with a different version of JvThemes.TThemedElementDetails Even just dropping a JvCaptionButton on a blank form. As far as I know I deleted all J*. dcu, dcp, bpl and bpi I am desperate Cannot go through the whole install uninstall delphi again (I think that is what I had to do last time). Is it not possible to give more focussed instructions how to solve this. Why doesn't the installation routine take care of it. It is beyond me Please help All work stops until I get this sorted. What more can I say? This error is ALWAYS because of some other file that uses an old version of the mentioned file. Find it, remove it and you'll be sorted. It can be in a pas, dcu or dcp file, maybe in one of your own packages, but definitely, it is THERE. So look in your own packages if you have some, look in other third party packages if you have some, but the file is there, it's just a matter of finding it. |
