DescriptionThere is an empty exception handler in TJvCustomAppStorage.ReadCollectionItem that lets the code ignore any exceptions that are raised while reading the collection item's properties. The program will never know that there was a problem and the programmer (me, in this case) will spend a lot of time trying to find out why his settings do not have any effect

I removed the empty handlers.

I didn't see any reason for it.

The code must be realy old, becaus i can't find the version, where this change is implemented.
