Make sure you have a clean system before trying again. By clean system, I mean that you should not have any dcus inside the JCL and JVCL directories outside the "lib" folders.
You can use the "clean.bat" with "all" as a parameter to clean all this. Once done, do another SVN update.
You might also have old JCL/JVCL dcu or dcp files lying around on your computer. Move them away.
