Summary0004458: TJvAppInstances / AutoActivate doesn't work on Windows Vista
DescriptionWhen an application is minimized and a second instance of the application is executed, the first instance's window is not brought to front (it stays minimized). Note that the second instance doesn't execute (good thing).

To reproduce, just drop the TJvInstances component on a form and compile.
