Well...
Are you using the installer properly?
I guess not.
Further to this, the place where you installed the JVCL is too long.
Note that you should also not use the "_preparation" branches, but the tags.
Place the file in a shorter path, and you should be sorted.

here http://jvcl.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/jvcl/tags/JVCL3_35.tar.gz?view=tar
is the same as here : http://sourceforge.net/projects/jvcl (Last Update: Sep 09 2008) ?
If so, i cant setup that because of "0004492 1 02 Installation block resolved (obones) 10-03-08 not enough parameter error, in TjvTranslator.pas when installing jvcl 3.35 package ."

We have nothing to do with this problem, it's both a limitation of windows and dcc32, all out of our hands

The tag and the release are for D2009 ONLY.
If you want to install in previous versions, use the HEAD revision of trunk.
