Summary0000493: JvHttpGrabber does not reload the file grabbed.
DescriptionContradictory to the WinInet API, the JvHttpGrabber does not automatically load the file from "the wire" instead of the IE cache. For some reason, the HttpOpenRequest function ignores the INTERNET_FLAG_RELOAD flag that is passed.
