Also have Delphi 7 installed

Installed JCL and JVCL

Placed JPanel on form cannot complile

Get message

[ILINK32 Error] Fatal: Unable to open file 'JVCORED14R.LIB'

Windows search show file exists in E:\jvcl\lib\d14

This path in showing in the library path for C++ Builder and also for the project.

Would be very grateful if you could help
