I dont know if I'm in the right place to ask about a problem, but I can't find any contact information on the site to ask a simple question...

Trying to install JCL+JVCL210fullinstall for Delphi 7

I am trying to install the the install.bat fails with "cant find jcl\bin\jediinstaller.exe.. I cant find it manually either.

so I tried a manual install according to the install.txt and when I go to build it errors because it can't find QrPrntr in jvInterpreter_quickRpt.

What can I do to get it to compile?

I'm sorry, but JVCL2.10 is VERY VERY old, we don't support it anymore.
That said, the error you get is because you don't have quick report installed.
But seriously, you should consider using a much more recent version of the JVCL
