Starting with Exchange 2007, neither the Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) client libraries nor Collaboration Data Object (CDO) are provided as a part of the base product installation. Another note: I don't know if it has to be considered a bug, but with MS Outlook 2003/2007 TjvMail fails to send emails if you don't write the email address with the pattern: 'smtp:xxx@yyyyyy.zzz' In fact, if you simply send the mail to 'xxx@yyyyyy.zzz' you always receive from the server the error delivery message: 'None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient' I think it happens with particular cfg. of Outlook Server 2003/2007 (like the one of my company server) Final note: to work with 'smtp:xxx@yyyyyy.z' the ResolveNames property has to be set to False. |
