What version of C++ Builder do you use? |

I've seen this in both 2009 and 2010. (Maybe earlier versions, too; I don't remember.) |

I had the same issue for CB5 and CB2007 for years (long playing problem). |

I'm not sure this is settable programmatically. Can you tell me if it's in the EnvOptions.proj file and the registry ? |
