||What version of C++ Builder ?|
Hi, I'm using:
Embarcadero® RAD Studio XE2 Version 16.0.4276.44006
(RAD Studio XE2 Delphi and C++ Builder Update 1)
When I create a blank Delphi project, add a few JVCL widgets, run it - everything looks fine - buttons are nicely styled with shading, rounded edges etc - they look they did on the newly created form.
When I create a blank C++ project, add a few JVCL widgets, they look fine in the Design view - but when I run it, all styling goes. All the JVCL widgets look like raw XP controls on the simplest theme - ie no shading, rounded edges - looks awful.
I have a feeling it is caused by RAD Studio not including the correct resource or object files for C++ compiling/linking. Looking at the directories and files in the option and project options though doesn't reveal anything untoward to me (not that I have spent much time researching it).
||Yes, I suspect this as well. Could you turn off Visual styles for your project?|
