Summary0006111: JvxSlider Resize Crash
DescriptionJvxSlider causes a floating point error on resizing in JVCL 3.48

1. Create a new app.
2. Place a panel on the form, align top.
3. Place a second panel on the form, align client
4. place JvxSlider on panel 2, align left

Run then resize the form vertically and the app crashes with either a floating point or out of system resources error.

It appears to occur in the BuildRuler function.

Please try with the latest JVCL version in GIT (or daily zip) and then send us a zipped file containing the sources of an application showing the issue.
