| Description | hi I have downloaded jedi VCL component library with jcl and I have tried to installed it .I use Delphi 7 without upadate package and I have asus L3 notebook ( P4 ,1 000 MB Ram 40 GB HD ) When I try to install JCL package I clicked install bat file but I faced following error message ; "unable to open key "SOFTWARE / BORLAND / BDS/3.0/personalities " for read . and I installed manual from package folder and I have installed JVCL and I have started Delphi 7 everything seems ok but then I have tried to create a new application and I faced same error message and I couldnt make new application so How can ı find a solution for this problem best regards | ||||

I modified JclBorlandTools.pas. This issue should be solved now. If you use subversion, please update your repository; otherwise you can download daily zips (available at http://jcl.sf.net/daily) - it will contain the modified version tomorrow. |
